Membership Cancellation

We use two different billing companies to process your memberships. You can cancel the membership yourself by clicking on the correct link below.

All memberships are done from one of two billing companies. Please check your email receipt to see which company you used. All cancellations are automated, so please make sure you get a cancellation confirmation.


If you signed up with NetBilling and your billing statement
reads "4 Star Productions, Inc." , CLICK HERE.

 

If you signed up with CCBill and your billing statement
reads "CCBill *4 Star Produ" , CLICK HERE.

 

Please try the cancellation forms at the links above first. If you are unsure of which billing company was used, try them both. However, if you still cannot find your membership after trying both links, or if you have forgotten the required information to cancel your membership after clicking on the links above, then CLICK HERE to open a support ticket.

NOTE: By opening a support ticket, there may be a delay in cancelling your membership, as it is done manually by either Alysha or mysel (Adam). We travel a lot, so I may not see your cancellation request for several days (or even longer). I strongly suggest you try to find your membership by clicking on one of the two billing company cancellation links above.
